Just like bourbon, Knob Creek make their Rye in small batches, patiently age it in deeply charred barrels and bottle it at 100-proof to maintain their big flavour. Then, instead of corn as the master grain, they use the highest quality rye to bring forth a unique, spicy, smooth flavour.
