The finest seasonal sugar cane is grown, juiced, and fermented at the Husk Farm in North Tumbulgum, NSW. This is the base the distillery uses to cultivate their rums. They then distilled it with lemon myrtle, strawberry gum leaves, and grapefruit, all done gin style, to create Botanic. The resulting spirit is a zesty and sweet contemporary cane spirits designed to challenge your perception on white rum.
