Sourced from a single vineyard in South Australia. Crushed and destemmed into a tank fermenter with a cultured yeast added post crusher for a period of 10 days on skins. The wine was matured in seasoned French and American oak hogsheads. This wine is an excellent example of the outstanding results possible, when an allegiance between growers and winemakers creates their best expression of the varietal and vintage.
